Huminski First Amendment attack upon the harassment statutes of Arizona, Vermont and Connecticut

The States of Arizona, Connecticut and Vermont face a facial attack upon the constitutionality of their criminal Harassment statutes in the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia.

The statutes under attack make almost any speech on of off the internet a crime including core First Amended expression and Pure Speech.

Perhaps these State Government should take a look at wikipedia to determine what can and can not be prohibited in their vastly vague and overbroad harassment statutes.

So the contention is the citizens can access the internet to determine that these State harassment laws are unconstitutional, but, the governments of these three States have yet to figure out the First Amendment.

Not probable.  These are were designed and drafted to undermine the First Amendment rights of the people.
